Testimonial: Regulatory Advice

In the first half of 2022 we needed some advice regarding a regulatory situation. I was discussing this with Lauren our insurance advisor at the Quality Care Group as it may have affected our insurance and she kindly put me in contact with Errol.

Initially we found Errol to be very approachable, he was very understanding of the issues we wanted to discuss and talked through our options in a clear and meaningful way. It was obvious that he was experienced in this area, which gave us confidence.

Once we had decided to work further with Errol, it was a pleasure to have him on our team. He always returned calls and emails quickly and always kept us fully apprised of the situation. His attention to detail and forensic approach to documentation was impressive. He clearly explained his reasoning for the advice he gave us. It was clear to me that resolving our situation was important to Errol and that he wanted to do all he could for us.  

In the end, we decided to take our case no further, but I would certainly work with Errol again and would recommend others to, we owe our thanks to Lauren and the Quality Care Group for recommending him.
