Quality Care Insurance Services, the UK’s largest independent insurance broker and supplier of business services to the Care Sector, has announced a major rebrand, after an extensive rebranding exercise.
The company looks to continually enhance its clients’ experience and has therefore restructured its service offering for the Care Sector, by bringing them under one umbrella of the Group. Darren Pollard, Managing Director and Founder commented: “It’s been a long-term goal of mine to reposition QCG as the go-to solution for all Care business needs and to create awareness of other services beyond our core insurance product. We started many years ago delivering only insurance, however, our in-depth knowledge of the Care Sector and customer listening approach has given us the insight to recognise where else our clients need support, resulting in the expansion and innovation of our service portfolio. I believe the new Group structure will showcase these services and serve our customers very effectively.“
Care Insurance, Business Solutions, General Insurance, and Risk Control now all sit under the umbrella of ‘Quality Care Group’, along with QCG’s charitable arm, Pollard’s Promises which recognises caregivers and service users with special treats and experience days.
Part of The Creative Group, Crawley based marketing agency, Creative Pod collaborated with MD and Founder Darren Pollard and his team to bring the new brand and website into fruition. Darren Pollard said: “As a company, we felt it was a good time to give our brand a new look, and I chose to work with Matt Turner (CEO and Founder of The Creative Group) and his team as they truly understood where we wanted to take our brand, our values and the importance of care.” Darren continued: “Although the aesthetics of the company have changed, our roots will always stay the same. Care is not just the sector we serve, it’s the foundation of our philosophy.”
