Tell us a bit about what you do at Quality Care Group

As Finance Manager, Chris is responsible for the day to day management of the company’s finances. As a Chartered Accountant, he brings strong technical expertise to the role, supporting the smooth running of financial processes and ensuring information is accurate, clear and reliable for teams across the business.

What does a typical day look like for you?

Chris’s role is varied, combining detailed financial work with wider business support. His day may include reviewing financial data, monitoring budgets, supporting colleagues with finance related queries and ensuring systems and processes are working efficiently.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Chris enjoys being part of a business that values structure, clarity and collaboration. He takes pride in providing dependable financial insight that helps Quality Care Group operate confidently and continue to grow in a sustainable way.

What has been your career journey so far?

Chris has built a strong career in finance, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and developing experience across financial management, reporting and operational support. This background allows him to bring a calm, organised and detail focused approach to his role at QCG. Chris has worked in several countries around the world in his early career including Australia, Turkey and various countries across Europe.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

Outside of work, Chris is a keen runner and enjoys staying active. He also loves holidaying whenever he can, and spending quality time with his wife and young son. He is an excellent skier having completed 3 ski season in the early 2000s
