Alice worked in insurance for 8 years in client facing roles, and when joining the insurance arm of QCG in 2017, she was able to nurture her enjoyment and aptitude for customer listening and empathy, in line with QCG’s customer centric approach.
It was here that Alice quickly became aware of the many pain points and needs of our care sector clients, and from where the Business Solutions arm of QCG was conceived. Alice has been instrumental in the development of our portfolio of services and management of supplier relationships, deep-diving into each solution to understand how they can best serve our Care clients. Alice continues to explore new solutions that can help Care operations save money and optimise processes.
Alice is passionate about the care sector and ensuring our busy clients get the best from their suppliers, which is why she works determinedly to ensure not only that customers are well set up now and in the future, but also that any historical issues with suppliers are addressed and followed up to conclusion on their behalf.
