What you’ll be doing
  • Assisting with social media content creation and scheduling across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X.
  • Drafting copy for blogs, email campaigns, newsletters and website updates.
  • Capturing and editing images and video for campaigns, events and marketing materials.
  • Supporting events, webinars, podcasts and community projects.
  • Working with our Digital Marketing Executive and Pollard’s Promises Wishes & Events Coordinator on campaigns and charity activities.

  • Updating website content (training provided) and assisting with email campaigns in Mailchimp.
What we’re looking for
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence using social media platforms, with a willingness to learn scheduling/analytics tools.
  • A creative eye for images and design (experience with Canva a bonus).
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach, keen to get stuck in and learn.

Experience in marketing isn’t essential, what matters most is your energy, willingness to learn, and ability to support a busy marketing team.

What we offer
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Hybrid/flexible working options after probation.
  • Hands-on experience across the full marketing mix.
  • Training and development opportunities to grow your career.
  • A friendly, supportive team environment.
  • Health scheme (after qualifying period).
  • Regular socials in and around Hove.
