Darren founded Quality Care Group in 2009. With over 25 years of insurance experience, including more than 20 years in the care industry, he brings extensive knowledge of the sector. He also founded QCG's charitable arm, Pollard's Promises.
Zak works with care group owners, boards and senior leadership teams to develop insurance programmes around their organisations. He also helps shape their approach to risk management. His care sector experience helps clients navigate risk, support growth and make informed decisions.
Josh leads QCG's New Business team, helping care providers access specialist insurance tailored to their organisations. He combines care sector knowledge with a focus on clear advice, responsive service and lasting value from the start of the relationship.
Jade leads QCG's Risk & Claims function, helping care home groups manage complex risks and claims. She provides practical risk mitigation advice and specialist claims expertise to help protect operations, strengthen resilience and support positive outcomes when claims arise.
