We’re thrilled to announce that Quality Care Group has won ‘Claims Mitigation Strategy of the Year’ at the Insurance Times Claims Excellence Awards 2025.

This national recognition reflects the hard work and impact of our specialist in-house claims and risk team, who go far beyond simply referring clients to insurers. By providing proactive support, bespoke risk audits, and digital resources, we help care businesses across the UK from domiciliary agencies to care home groups, reduce claims and improve outcomes.
