What does a typical day look like for you?

No two days are ever the same for Carli. A typical day may involve supporting recruitment activity, overseeing compliance processes, helping colleagues across different departments and working on initiatives that improve the way the business operates. She enjoys the fast paced nature of the role and the variety that comes with working across so many areas of the organisation.

What do you enjoy most about your role?

Carli enjoys working with people and supporting colleagues throughout their journey at QCG. As one of the company’s Mental Health First Aiders, she is passionate about helping create a positive and supportive workplace culture where people feel listened to, valued and supported both professionally and personally.

What has been your career journey so far?

Carli has developed strong operational experience during her time at Quality Care Group, building expertise across recruitment, compliance and people support. Her organised and proactive approach, alongside her commitment to continuous improvement, has helped her grow into an important leadership role within the business.

What do you enjoy outside of work?

Outside of work, Carli is passionate about health and fitness, always challenging herself with new goals and personal achievements. Her positive mindset and determination outside the office reflect the same energy and commitment she brings to her role at QCG every day.
