As Business Solutions Manager, Francesca leads the Business Solutions team, supporting colleagues who help care providers access a range of specialist services that complement their insurance programme. She oversees the development of the department, works closely with our trusted partners and helps ensure the team continues to deliver value for both clients and the wider business.
No two days are the same. Francesca spends much of her time supporting and developing her team, working with partner organisations, reviewing performance and identifying new opportunities to expand QCG's Business Solutions offering. She also works closely with the marketing team on campaigns and initiatives that promote the wide range of additional services available to care providers.
Francesca enjoys leading a team and seeing people develop and succeed. She takes great satisfaction in helping shape new initiatives, strengthening relationships with our trusted partners and knowing that the work her team does helps care providers access valuable support beyond insurance.
With more than 20 years' experience in the insurance industry, Francesca has worked across commercial and personal lines, as well as compliance auditing for mortgage and life insurance policies alongside independent financial advisers and mortgage advisers. This breadth of experience gives her a strong understanding of regulated services and the importance of delivering trusted advice and support.
Outside of work, Francesca enjoys keeping fit and is a regular at the gym, where she's a big fan of fitness classes. She also loves spending time outdoors with her two children and has a well-known obsession with hot sauce, the hotter, the better! 🌶️
