George Skinner – Senior Account Executive

How long have you been with Quality Care Group?

George has been with Quality Care Group for two and half years and in that time has made a huge impact through his communication, relationship building and dedication to his role.

What does your job entail?

As a Senior Account Executive, George manages a team that work closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide the best possible solutions. This includes advising on essential day-to-day cover as well as more specialist policies like Directors & Officers and Cyber Insurance. His team also handles policy changes and ensures each client receives responsive, expert support tailored to their care business.

What’s your secret talent no one knows about?

George played county level rugby until he snapped his Achillies tendon.

In terms of successes, which accomplishments are you most proud of?

George is particularly proud of progressing from being interviewed in 2023 for the role, he now interviews candidates for. George have maintained the highest level on client retention in the team.

Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?

George credits Lauren Early, Head of Existing Business, as one of his biggest inspirations. She has been instrumental in his career progression “if it were not for Lauren, I would not be where I am now.”

How have you grown professionally while with Quality Care Group?

George joined as an Account Handler and had progressed to a senior role. He is in the process of studying towards his Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma.

George plays off a golf handicap of 14.
