Lorrie has developed a wealth of recruitment experience over her career, both supplying staff to others and employing staff for the insurance and financial services companies that she has worked for. Lorrie’s knowledge and expertise spans more than 30 years, enabling her to source the right specialist recruiters who represent QCG’s values and moral code.

As our Operations Director, Lorrie is only too well aware of the significance of having the right human resource in place to ensure the smooth and efficient running of a business and so understands the challenges this gives you in your Care business. Through listening to our customers’ common pain points in sourcing the right staff, Lorrie strives to continuously improve the recruitment services that we offer.

Lorrie is responsible for the management of our head office and certifying that the team works in a compliant manner. She also ensures that our team are delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Lorrie is an active supporter of Chestnut Tree House and has taken on the Great Wall of China Challenge in 2015, Cambodia Challenge in 2017 and the Inca Trail in 2019 to raise money for the cause.
